Interesting pair of eyes on this fellow from Sacramento Zoo. I'm not sure if heterochromia is a thing in lemurs or not, but no matter if his head was in the light or in shadow, his left eye was a bit darker than his right eye. In super up-close mode, I could also see some irregularities in his pupil shape, so maybe there is some other problem I wasn't aware of. In any case, it made for a series of interesting pictures, I think. I'd be glad to hear your thoughts.
