Description One of the older female western lowland gorillas at the San Francisco Zoo. The plexiglass I was shooting through absolutely wonked the colors beyond repair, so I had to convert it to black and white. Imagine my surprise though when the monochrome version ended up being a stronger image.

It's actually quite beautiful, the colours do look warm in this.

Thanks. I considered adding a sepia tone to the image to warm it up even more, but ultimately I decided the pure black and white worked best. Glad you like it.
