GOSH.I'm going to be too obsessed with this book xD I really love it and inspires me a lot >.< so please,bear me for a bit xD
let's talk about the pic now.As you can see,I'm trying to improve with shades and different textures,but I still have a lot to learn >.< and OMG how hard is leather to do @.@.These days I always do challenges with myself,but at least for once I'll win!
drawing leather was one of them.I was reading Death Note,the part when Raito kills Misora and seeing her clothes I though:"umh...ok,let's do it!" xD I actually like how this one came out,especially Misora >w< but I'm quite satisfied about Beyond Birthday too x3
and OMG what a mess on the background xD I liked the idea to put in it some of the important things in the story.

The one picture where BB is not bathing in blood/jam.
This is awesome. I love the textures and what the picture is representing. The small red light on BB's eye is great, as well.

I just got the book yesterday and finished it this morning,and it was amazing.I really enjoyed it,and this fanart is no exception,I love how you made BB all seemingly innocent,except when you look under his hair and you see the eye.=3

I like the subtly of everything in this artwork. (Namely, BB, isn't coated in blood with crimson eyes looking like a lunatic.) This really seems to be a very good embodiment of the novel, good job.

Robbuz you are amazing! I love you BB and your Misora! They are fantastic! I have to ask you something, could you do a BB with all body? I want do a sign with a BB but I can't find one BB like your BB with all body... Please could you do that? And I have one more question... What programme you use to color your fanart's? And you have a lot of lucky, in Portugal we can't buy the BB's book T_T

i loved it when light killed her. he says "im kira" like "in your face byotch!!" i love the fear, despair and defeat in her eyes. she and her fiance had a fitting end. those who oppose kira must be punished

I loved Death Note but I wasn't sure about the BB Murder cases. I liked the intricacies of the murders but thought that it lacked a lot of the tension that Death Note had.

Great job on this! The shadings and highlights are done beautifully, Naomi looks so pretty! The textures are great too and I love the background. You put a lot of noticeable detail in it, it makes the picture look amazing!

I love how you've drawn L and Misora and the background clutter is beautifully drawn, that's what caught my eye first. Oh, and especially the texture, as well as the fact you are insanely gifted at drawing leather.

Awesome! Im reading that book right now. I was suprised the book has humor in it. i never thought lol. Misora is like freaking out about Ryuzaki-L- and L is all " Was he cool? " LOL I laughed so hard! Love the art!
