Morning Sketch of The Guyver - 12AUG1011x17 sketch really lol this is me drawing like I would at a convention but at a bigger size, took somewhere between 3-4 hrs, I had no warm-up or prep, just grabbed 3 pics of the Guyver and made my own version. This one is for Royce, my first customer and fan, thx for the support! ...art is in the mail tomorrow.

I actually was introduced to the series through the live action movies and have since become of a fan of the character and story of the anime. Despite the campyness of the live action I still have a soft spot for them because of this.
(Also, fun fact: David Hayter, the English voice actor of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, actually plays the Guyver in the second live action movie.)

really just trying to get all that intensity in 11x17 sketches, it takes me longer for sure but its just as loose and ruff as the little ones, I really need to do this at least once a week, I should take a list of characters to tackle...
