This news is a bit old, but recently heard.I never realized that out of the Victoria Alucard's coffin.
This is not a mistake, I'm sure they did not err in something so obvious.
It was purposeful and is a great subliminal message AxS , I think so. What do you think?

Nunca percebi que a Victoria saia do caixão do Alucard.
Isso não é um erro, tenho certeza que eles não errariam em algo tão óbvio.

No, both coffin can be seen, once they coming up the stairs, there is two big thing brought up covered with black sheet. And once they are in the penthouse, right before Pip snaps out about that he needs to stay in a cheap hotel (only Seras' is in a black bandage)
But In the manga both coffin can be seen.
