Description This artwork is a first for me. It is the first time I have drawn Batman and Robin not in the Bruce Tim-esque stlye, and just doing it in mine. I am pretty happy with how this one came out, other than Batman's leg that is closest to us. I made a big boo boo on the inks on his leg because I started coughing, and had to do a little excessive shading to cover it up. Other than that I think it is a pretty solid peice. What do you think?

The only thing that puts me off is their position on the picture plane. It might make more sense to my brain if they were lower, since the angle seems to be from above.
Otherwise, it's quite nice.

Holy Kick ass drawing, Batman!

Now, I'd like to see a drawing of the kitschy 1960s Batman, (that's Bob Kane, Jerry Robinson, George Roussos, Dick Sprang, Jack Burnley, Charles Paris, Winslow Mortimer, btw...) a Neal Adams Batman, a "Frank Miller/Dark Knight Returns" Batman, a Todd McFarlane Batman, and, just for giggles, a batman done in Chuck Jones style. Get crackin' son!

Actually I quite liek the left leg of Bats. And the inks are good too. I would in the future vary up your lineweights...it'll help make your work pop out more.
