2010 looked like the anime series... and 2013 looked like the OVA ?

My only grievance is that 2013 Seras' eye looks a bit too big...

I see a great improvement, both anatomy and style grew a lot through the time.
Anyway, the body was already good in the old one n.n, you improved it, I can see
But the huge difference comes in the head: both, hair and face look much better now.
As for the detailing, it is obvious your coloring and detailing grew a lot too 
I'll come around later to comment the new drawing xD.

... well, except for the blood arm. The first one actually looks a bit better in that regard.

I kinda had a similiar feeling. On the old one, I was working very slowly on the arm, so it became very detailed. On the new one I tried to be more dynamic.
