Yes, but that ability is highly connected to Schrö's whole existance, which means it can only be absorbed with Schrö's soul, not just a few drops of his blood

Schrödinger's life/soul is the "poison" not his blood. His ability to be "everywhere and nowhere through self-observation" is not compatible with Alucard's vampire ability of "merging lifes with his own".
As long Seras is not absorbing Schö's soul, she is not in danger.

Schrodinger's existence is the poison. the fact that he has no true 'defined' state, therefore both existing and not existing, being dead and alive all at once, etc is what causes him to be poison to vampires.
Or at least that is how I have come to understand it from the last few pages' text.

You are right, Schrödinger is the poised. In more detail, his ability is, his existance of being everywhere and nowhere or also called "self-observation".
But his ability can be only absorbed if someone absorbs his life. Just a few drops of his blood are not dangerous since Seras wouldn't absorb Schrödinger and his ability with them.
