Wait, i'm confused. At the end of Hellsing Ultimate, it was revealed that in order to exist in the real world, Alucard had to eliminate everyone of the souls he drank from until only his was left, otherwise he's unable to be aware of himself. Would the Hound of Baskerville not be one of these said souls? Come to think of it, wouldn't Alucard be of H level strength after Schrodinger left his body since he currently has no soul within himself but his own?

There is some explenation in the following chapters, but If you don't mind spoilers I can fill you in the details:
Baskerville was killed by Walter (in the OVA during the battle of London). But since it's a Hellhound it does not just dissapear, it goes back to the original place what it used to haunt (around today's Dartmoor national park).
Alucard asked Schrodinger to use some sort of amulet to capture Barskerville again and deliver it for him -> for the very reason you yourself noticed. Alucard is pretty weakened without souls or SchrΓΆdinger's ability (even Fatum will notice this in the upcoming chapter).
But no, he is not down to Level H. The fact that Alucard is not a sired by another vampire, he turned into one by omens, is giving him much more survivability. Also he can still use dark magical abilities, like going through solid objects, mesmirising etc. Now that he has baskerville again (thanks to SchrΓΆ) he can heal from blessed weapons in some degree.
