Technically yes, Schro exist WHERE he believes he exists (everywhere and nowhere) and HOW he exists (alive and dead) so originally there wouldn't be a problem to change his view about WHO he is. But I felt that as a little overpowered so I followed the original concept in manga which is that Schrodinger can only exist as long he remembers who he is, and what he truly is. According to my theory, In order to change his location Schrodinger actually needs to believe that he is somewhere else. Which means that he would need to believe that he is something/someone else to change into a dragon. But that would make him forget who he originally is and that would cause him to dissapear/die. So to make Schro's power balanced he may change a bit on his appearance (adding a tail when he is excited) but he can not become TOO different from what/who he originally is.
