This is amazing, every detail is perfect! I have to say i wasn't satisfied with the Maiko ending. I think it was best that Aang and Katara are together, but honestly, before they kissed, Zuko NEVER ONCE showed any romantic feelings towards Mai. Other than that though, the finalae was AMAZING!

Hmm, maybe I didn't quite explaine myself as best as I could. What I meant was: Zuko and Mai kissed in the first episode of season 3; before that point it had been shown that Mai had a crush on Zuko (Zuko Alone) but it was never shown that Zuko had any special feeling for Mai.
When I first saw the clip I expected Zuko to pull away from Mai and be all suprised that she'd kissed him, but instead he accepted it, which went to show that he and Mai had already gotten together offscreen.
I guess one reason that their relationship seems a bit out of place is because character development is a huge part of Avatar. The introduction of Zuko and Mai's relationship was very abrupt and there wasn't really any lead up to it.
I hope all that made sense. I think just because of the abrupt start, Maiko always seemed a bit off to me. But I'm rewatching the ending and trying to think of what's best for Zuko.
Maybe if Mai wasn't soblah their relationship would be more interesting. When Mai and Azula faced off in The Boiling Rock Part II, i think their conversation showed the greatest amount of character depth Mai had been given and would be given thruought the entire series. Since she turned out to be a more important character than originally portrayed (a minion for Azula) i think she deserved more screen time to let people know who she really is.
