Thank you!
The ripples are maps that came from myturncoat He sent them to me after I did a render with the Ripples and Wakes product from DAZ, but his were way better.
I believe he has them on his page, as well as with instructions to use them although I think it's fairly self explanatory. There's a bump, normal and opacity map.

Thanks! It's really the material maps for the Hongyu Bikini 2, but with a couple of tweaks.

What impresses me the most is the ripple around her legs; very authentic feeling! Look at all the colors that the water is reflecting... So, be real, how many days did this take you to get rid of all the grain? LOLΒ

Thank you, Ashley! The ripples are maps applied to plains with the same shader as the water. Nice effect. The maps came from MyTurnCoat and can be found here:
Water effects
Rendering took every bit of three days and somewhere between 5000 and 5500 iterations. My system specs are pathetic, a source of comic relief amongst my inner circle. Basically, I'm rendering in Iray using an onboard integrated display card on a Dell laptop, but it gets me by.
The re-render is at 7 hours with a long way to go, but hopefully it's worth it. I really like constructive criticism and I got plenty with this one, so I'm driven to make it better.

Oh wait... I get it. My user name... lol.
No. The F4 will always stand for my beloved fighter jet, the F4 Phantom, for which I was a crew chief back in the 90s.

Overall this is a cool image buddy... A few things detract from it for me though.
(I know you won't mind me saying, but just so others know, Rob's cool with people pointing things out regarding his work!)
- The untanned areas don't really seem to be as wet as the rest of her, and they appear to be too sharp.
- Her wrists and elbows look odd and her waist chain seems to be defying gravity, as does her bracelet.
- The textures on her fingers make her hands look like an Aliens face hugger lol.

Totally cool with constructive criticism; I crave it in fact!
Isn't it ironic that it's after an image is posted and you get some comments that you can finally look at your art objectively?
I totally agree with you on the untanned areas... I may get rid of them entirely; or at least use a different product that will give me more control (You can't really see the final effect of the Wet and Tan product until you are a couple thousand iterations into the render).
I think a certain morph I used on the wrists are creating the odd look to the wrists. As for the "defying gravity" part, I need to work a little more on positioning the bracelet. The waist chain may need a d-former to get it right. It's actually part of a whole body chain and I removed the geometry of the upper part with the Geometry editor. Would have been easier to do in 3DS Max, so I may convert it to a prop and modify it there instead.Β
Maybe if I turn down the normal map on the hands? The elbows aren't quite right either. I also think that shifting the fill light to illuminate more of the underside of her fingers may help.
I appreciate the feedback, Becarra!
