Hey everybody! Just so that I'm still here and you guys don't worry about me, I'll be uploading a few pics every now and then when I feel the need to. So for now, kicking it off is Oracle!!

When the Joker and Harley Quinn broke out of Arkham Asylum, the Clown Prince of Crime embarked on a goal to send Commissioner Gordon over the edge as a part of his ongoing feud with Batman. To that end, he shot Barbara in the lower spine one night when she was hosting her father, paralyzing her. Unaware of her own connections with Batman, Joker proceeded to take several nude pictures of Barbara to further torment Jim. Luckily, she was hospitalized, but found herself unable to continue her passion of fighting crime as Batgirl. To that end, and wanting to still help in the field, she decided to use her knowledge of hacking and computers to help Batman and his allies from behind the scenes, as the information broker Oracle.

For those of you wondering who the green lady is on the screen, that's Oracle's hologram projection, how she appears to the rest of the superhero community, at least those who aren't aware of her actual appearance. I figured the mask look was a bit too creepy, so I decided that a holo-projection of an anonymous young woman would be a better alternative. This incarnation of Barbara did have a fling with Dick Grayson, but it was just puppy love. Later on, they just didn't talk about it. Ironically, she's also on good terms with Starfire, and approves of her being Dick's wife since they both make each other happy and find solace with one another. She's a prominent member of the Birds of Prey and reluctant mentor of the future Batgirls.
