Great job, are you familiar with the Fininatchi sequence? Or the Golden Ratio?

Alright so it's a secret to designing. First off the Golden Ratio is a special measurement of a rectangle. What you basically want to do is take your design, an make a guide that creates a square. And the rest is a fill. [link] like this. That is the golden ratio. Some examples of the golden ratio in effect is: [link] [link] [link]
[link] [link] Then you got your Fibinatchi sequence which can go on forever and ever in a spiral. [link] Much like the golden ratio, but the point is that it starts with those two tiny squares in which should be your focal point. [link] That is the sequence, and THIS [link] is how the design works. Some examples: [link] [link] [link] [link] [link] Studying these approaches will make your designs beautiful. I hope you enjoy, sorry it's so much.

thanks for the examples. yes i probably would be able to improve my art if i wernt so shaky at it.
my biggest problem is when i use a pen tool in photoshop, the drawing never looks the same as how an artist will do it. so at christmas, i got a writing tablet, which is fantastic but it still doesnt give me the true straight lines or curves. i have to use different techniques to arrive at an outcome. some of my pics look really as if you took a snapshot, however some i could definatly use some improvement. if theres anything that i have learned its simply just have fun with it. thank god i am not proffesional. its something i would have loved to do about 20 years ago. but im havin alot of fun. thank you for your imput.

No problem at all. The key is to be courageous and explore your programs. Sorry which programs do you have so far?

Oh yeah absolutely! Illustrator is REALLY good, with making vector images. If you get a chance, check it out. But the curving the pen tool just takes time and practice.
