The locations can shift drastically. For example, let's say I was telling a horror story and I chose a sci-fi setting. For Location, I pick "Barren Wasteland." What's waste-land like in a sci-fi setting? How about the surface of the moon? While on the moon, perhaps my character is coaxed into an abandon mine. Now I'm using the "Frightening Underworld" archetypal location, but it's still in-line with my setting.

Of course, it could also shift setting abruptly mid-round too. Maybe my OC goes into that mineshaft, only to find that instead of going to a mine, they end up in a 1920s underground Speak-Easy. It's still a "Frightening Underworld" Location, but with an entirely different flavor.

Basically, you can go anywhere you want. These Locations are here mostly to give you ideas, not to limit what you can do.

Just wondering: does that include the location we're going to have to use for our character's introduction story? Or is that only for the tournament?

I'm a little confused by your question. When you say, "does that include..." what do you mean by "that"?

These locations are only within the realm of stories. Your introduction should take place mostly in the world that your character is from.

Oh, alright.
That's OK, you just answered my question ^^

are these gonna be chosen in each round, like the story-telling genres?

You get to decide which Locations to use. It is up to you.

They are chosen by you. Use whatever you need to tell your story.

Not to be the Annoying Critic (how's that for an archetypal figure?) but it's spelt "Eternity," not "Eturnity."

Annnnnd fixed! If you find anything else, please let me know. Sometimes I look at these things for so long I miss obvious mistakes.

Speaking of, "Puzzels" should be "Puzzles".

Unless Puzzels is some other way of spelling it...?

That might have been. I've been transferring from PC to Mac programs. Maybe I just haven't figured the right settings for everything yet!
