Description
My take on Batfink and his sidekick, Karate. This was one of those shows, that I thought for most of my younger years, I had imagined, because I could never find anyone else who had ever seen it.[link]
Pencil, Prismacolor Fine Lines with PS'ed background. Logo is hand drawn and finished in Illustrator.

RIP Frank Buxton and Len Maxwell (the original voices of Batfink and Karate respectively).

Where shall I go to acquaint myself with Batfink?

Oh my gosh!!! I loved watching this show growing up in the 80s! I love his phrase: "Your bullets cannot harm me β my wings are like a shield of steel!"
I wouldn't mind seeing a reboot of this.
Great job!

Especially with the reboots of Voltron, Thunder Cats, and TMNT.

There IS a reboot of Thundercats. Did you see it yet? It has been aired since last summer (2011). It's on Cartoon Network at 1am Eastern Time.
There was reboot of sorts with Voltron a few years ago. It wasn't animated. It was a still animation with voices talking through the 'pages'. They even look different.
As for TMNT...I don't know if you call it a reboot or not with the current cartoon on Nick. I don't know if it's still on air.

Thanks, Charles!
I was definitely in part inspired by your Mighty Mouse pieces.
I've always enjoyed putting my spin on a classic (and in this case, obscure) character.
