Which app? because it's a 3-step process with three different programs:
1) Drawing the sprites (MS Paint or GIMP)
2) Compiling the sprites into a .gif file (GIMP)
3) Importing them into DesktopPonies and BrowserPonies (I have no idea how to do this step; other people do it for me)

...I don't know exactly what BrowserPonies is. I know it's related to DesktopPonies... either way, if you know how to add ponies to BrowserPonies, the GIF is in the ZIP file, ready for download

ok. it's a stamp 100x50 and it says Pony-trotters and in the middle of "pony trotters" theres twilight galloping holding a book. is that ok?
