Earth 62 backstory

William Mallory/Wrath. Bio like his counterpart on the Batman eath William Mallory's parents had been jewel thieves who were sent to jail around the same time that Bruce Wayne's parents were murdered. Since then, Will befriended Bruce when they were both attending school went on to become a famous mountain climber/wealthy treasure hunter. Resenting the Batman's targeting criminals like his parents "just trying to earn a living," he became Wrath, and so he started making a name for himself in the criminal underworld outside of Gotham (probably in a different countries) so that Batman wouldn't interfere, he also learned how to fight dirty in order to give himself an edge over Batman's more formal training but he also learned some of the same things Bruce did (difference between he learned from the league of the Assassin). At some point fathered Andy Mallory who was the result of a one-night stand which of these during Batman year 3 in my universe, he will be making a brief cameo in Bruce's year 8/JL year 2.

The public reason for why he has returned to Gotham City, is he being sponsored by Wayne Tech to put their new titanium cable to the test by scaling Mount Gotham (of course he secretly repurposes it into his Wrath Arsenal.) secretly he plans to launch his Crusade as wrath against Law and Order, and of course he plays it smart by first freeing criminals that the bat family captures, then overtime interfere directly preventing the bat family from making arrests. with Wrath ultimate goal being to get revenge on Jim Gordon the man who was responsible for putting his parents Behind Bars.

Andy Mallory/Scorn. in this universe im making him the son of William Mallory (just making him the younger brother doesn't really work) and trained by his father to be the best counter to Robin, and it could be when he meets Damian for the first time the two of them start having a bit of a friendly rivalry.
