Note: This is my penultimate Sonic Fan Art, and I am proud of the cool new six Badniks of the Robotnik Empire, also, I am almost out of Sonic and Robotnik Badnik ideas, so don't expect anything from me Sonic-wise for a short while.

Update: I have added two new Badniks, with one being the core of the Bottom Left Robot, and another that comes in a pair of two.

Update 2: I have added detail to the Suction Feet and Wings of the Fly Robots, as well as adding Antennae to the head, and I have made the Core Robot fire Spikes whilst giving it the ability to self-destruct.

Update 3: I have added a tiny little detail to the Fly Robot Mouth, as well as giving the Suction Feet the Sucker Ends.

Update 4: I have added two more Robot Flies, I have given numbers to the Robot Fighter Pairs, and I have upgraded the Division Bar between the two Orbinauts.

Update 5: I have given some detail to the Mushmeanie Badniks, I have made a minor improvement to the Division Bar, I have given some detail in the Triangle Ceiling Robot, I have given the top left Badnik an arm upgrade as well as added some more details, and I have replaced the Moto-Fly Badniks with a brand new robot whilst giving new details to the Main Hover Robot.

Current Location: A Robotnikland on a planet of the Opal Sector

The Robotnik Company Limited (Co. Ltd) Robots, are the second ever Badniks that Doctor Robotnik ever made, as well as the very foundation to which the Robotnik Empire would spring from. On the Planet Mobius, a fresh new human graduate, that was a robot scientist by the name of Doctor Julian Ivonson (Ivo) Alexander Robotnik (Eggman), had just set up a small shop in a local area of a Woodland near a local town of Mobians and Humans. He had made his first ever Badniks (which I am working on at the moment), and he was so impressed with the results, that he decided to set up a small shop called Robotnik's. As a few days past, Robotnik had managed to turn this small shop into a business that was called Robotnik Company Limited (Co. Ltd), but he was yearning for the excitement for something extraordinary to happen. To make a real name for himself, Doctor Robotnik decided to build six new robots in order to make Robotnik Co. Ltd more attractive to other people, as well as to propel the Robotnik name into the far future. In a small office of Robotnik Co. Ltd, Doctor Robotnik drew up six blueprint plans for six new robots that were fresh from his mind, before setting multiple robot arms to work, building the brand new robots from the blueprint plans. It took about three weeks before the robot arms had finished their missions, and when Doctor Robotnik showed up to Robotnik Co. Ltd to see how his inventions had been coping for in that period of time, he was surprised and very impressed at the end results of their work. "Well, this is an impressive start to my day." started Doctor Robotnik, as he looked at the six brand new robot creations that were in line, in the centre of the testing chamber, each were eyeing their creator as Doctor Robotnik was inspecting all of the robots individually. The first robot was the Flame Ceiling Wheeler that drove on the floor, the left wall, and the ceiling, before returning to its primary position. The second robot was an Orbinaut Division, that were two robot spheres which controlled a long energy bar, that was the source of an array of energy laser attacks. The third robot was an Aquatic Mush-Mine, that was in a tank of water due to it being an aquatic robot, and Doctor Robotnik knew that it acted like a deep sea mine to deter enemies in the water. The fourth robot was a Hover Rammer, that flew anywhere in the air at free will, and would ram anything that it deemed to be a threat to its survival. Also, if the Hover Rammer was getting nowhere with fighting, then it could split itself in two from the centre to help turn the tide of battle. However, the centre of the Hover Rammer will still function, and Core is the name of the robot that will carry on the fight after the separation. Aiding the Hover Rammer and the Core are the six Flying Press Badniks. If both halves and the core need backup, then the six Flying Press Badniks can help out. The fifth robot was a Ceiling Spike Droplet that dropped down onto enemies, as it had one eye to see all of the surrounding area in front and behind of it, and if a threat came beneath it, then the robot would skewer the enemy from above. The final robot were a pair of little automatic fighters called Pair-O-Fighters, that came in a pair due to the matching red colour on their bodies, and they flew around in perfect unison to great their creator Doctor Robotnik. "Hmm, create a Yellow, Green, and a Blue Pair-O-Fighters, give them ranks as well as give the Red Pair-O-Fighters the Regular Rank, and then we have a perfect array of little fighters. As for the rest of the robots, they are very promising indeed, and this will help my Robotnik Co. Ltd into new heights." said Doctor Robotnik, before he gave the green light for approval to have all the robots massed produced right away, and then Doctor Robotnik returned to his office to create some more blueprint plans for future robots. A week had passed, and Doctor Robotnik had created new robots that he had called Badniks, and those robots included Motobugs, Unidasu and Uni Uni Orbinauts that included a variant for the Star Light Zone only (scrapped Unidasu variant from Sonic 1), Buzz Bombers, Splats the Rabbit Badniks (Scrapped Sonic 1 Variant), Caterkillers, and Crab Meats. To Doctor Robotnik's surprise, the robot arms had upgraded all of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots with a new power source, that was in fact Magic Moonstone Shards that had been excavated from a secret area under the floor of a Robotnik Co.Ltd Storage Area. "At last! A reliable power source, this will make my robots more promising to me in the coming future. I think I will create my Robotnik Empire, so that I can see success soar to great heights, and Mobius will be my Pearl Oyster." said Doctor Robotnik, as he saw eight Pair-O-Fighters flying around, with three new pairs joining the existing Regular Red Ranked Pair-O-Fighters. Then one day, a rare event not only change the face of Robotnik Co.Ltd, but the mood of Doctor Robotnik and his Robotnik Empire to come.

The following event goes as is recorded:

On a bright sunny day, Doctor Robotnik was flying around in a flying machine pod that he had called 'The Egg Mobile', when he spotted something in the distance moving from tree to tree in the nearby woodlands. As soon as he got closer to the scene of interest, Doctor Robotnik had to hide behind some trees as he saw a small humanoid robot with a large head and a tri-corner hat on a small body, that was accompanied by humanoid aliens that weren't Mobians, due to their red skin colour and the number of digits on their fingers. Then, the leading robot spoke "Ay Cap'n Romulous Slag, where are we going again?", before it spoke again with another voice that said "Just shut ye mouth Rusty Pete, these Blargian Mercs of Chairman Drek's are getting impatient, now quiet yourself before I punch ye in your own tiny stomach with ye own fist.". Doctor Robotnik thought to himself of a possible plan to eliminate Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete and the Blargian Mercenaries, before he typed in a command into his Egg Pod that contacted a Motobug Badnik who was on patrol nearby the woodland scene, and then that Badnik just arrived at the scene to race across the Pirate Mercenary Group. "Arr, after that Scurvy Bug Bot Lads, it will lead to us to treasure, wenches, and possibly grog." commanded Captain Romulous Slag, before he with Rusty Pete and the Blargian Mercenaries followed him as they chased after where the Motobug Badnik went, whilst Doctor Robotnik raced ahead to Robotnik Co. Ltd to get his traps and robots ready for a battle. It didn't take long before the Pirate Mercenary Group arrived at Robotnik Co. Ltd, where they saw the Motobug Badnik enter into an airvent to escape being captured before rejoining with other Motobugs in the airvent system, and Rusty Pete then said "Ay Cap'n Slag, ye think this business will be open to us now?", before Captain Romulous Slag replied with "It matters to us not Rusty Pete, now what are we all waiting here for huh lads? Let's get going NOW!". Suddenly, Doctor Robotnik whizzed over the heads of the Pirate Mercenary Group and declared "I am Doctor Julian Ivonson Alexander Robotnik, the most greatest genius of the world of Mobius, and you have all fallen for my dastardly trap of epic proportions!", before trap doors opened beneath most of the Blargian Mercenaries to plunge them into pools of water. However, waiting in these hidden pools of water were Aquatic Mush-Mines that went off and blew up the Blargian Mercenaries who were unlucky to encounter them, and then loads of Pair-O-Fighters emerged from nearby trees to bombard the rest of the Pirate Mercenary Group with laser orbs that were tough enough to take out most body armours. As the battle outside the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building unfolded, the Motobugs emerged with full force whilst the Flame Ceiling Wheelers came out of air vents to open fire at the Blargian Mercenaries from afar. The Hover Rammers emerged to give the Caterkillers cover before they attacked the nearest Blargian Mercenary that got to close, whilst the Core Badniks were taking out a few stealthy Blargian Mercenaries that tried to get around the main building. The Flying Press Badniks helped the Cores and the two halves of each Hover Rammer, taking out Blargian Snipers that tried pot shots at the robots. As most of the Flame Ceiling Wheelers took damage, their cannons came off before the robots carried on as normal, whilst aiding the Buzz Bombers as well as the Motobugs. Even though the Badniks were holding their own, a few Blargian Mercenaries managed to get inside of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building, but they were impaled by the Ceiling Spike Droplets that were waiting for them. As a few of the Blargian Mercenaries with the help of Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete got through to get to the main area, the Orbinaut Divisions ambushed them by unleashing a number of weapons including: laser orbs, laser beams, laser cluster balls, and laser saws, that decimated the mercenaries with ease leaving Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete to retreat to another area inside of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building. "You know, my Badniks have just found your ship nearby the edge of the woodland entrance, and it won't be long until everything of yours is mine now." called out Doctor Robotnik, as he emerged on foot wielding two laser pistols, and then Rusty Pete called out "Ha! We can take on a single human can't we Cap'n?". Suddenly, Doctor Robotnik fired a few shots at Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete who dodged them, whilst the two of them returned fire at Doctor Robotnik who also dodged them, and it wasn't long until a run and gun shoot out unfolded which reminded Doctor Robotnik of old Mobian movies that involved action shootouts. During the run and gun shootout, Captain Romulous Slag complained to Rusty Pete by saying "Goddamnit Rusty Pete keep focused here, this is my head you are invading here, so just manage ye own body!", to which Rusty Pete replied with "Well maybe if you didn't try to kill me completely, let alone smash my head into pieces, then you wouldn't have to deal with my consciousness from my body, and we all know how you and Former Cap'n Angstrom Darkwater failed to share a body on Planet Murdegraw.", and Doctor Robotnik said "Ha, this is all too easy, you bumbling idiots are going to make my job so damn easy.". At one point, Captain Romulous Slag did get a shot on Doctor Robotnik, injuring him in the stomach with one laser blast. Eventually, Doctor Robonik shot Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete twice in the legs to cripple them, before they managed to get a shot in the side of Doctor Robotnik's left arm. "Arr, get back up and get fighting Rusty Pete, and get out of me head ye scurvy dog!" complained Captain Romulous Slag, before Rusty Pete complained back "I can't Captain, my legs are gone, and this is my Body!", and the both of them kept arguing and punching each other in their body parts until Rusty Pete's body exploded. The only thing that was left was Captain Romulous's Head on a metal stick, but Rusty Pete said "Now we are a Slag on a Stick Cap'n!", and then Captain Romulous Slag snapped "Oh shut the hell up Rusty Pete, this is all ye fault ya good for nothin piece of sh-", before Doctor Robotnik shot Captain Romulous Slag's head so much that it exploded, leaving only a metal stick and a tri-corner hat. Then, Doctor Robotnik got word from a Motobug that the Blargian Forces were all defeated, and that the Blargian Ship was now under Robotnik Imperial control. "Yes, this is such the greatest day of my life! Now I can make my empire go forward from this day forward, and no one will ever stop me in my tracks." said Doctor Robotnik, before he emerged into a large ruined battlefield of a training room to greet celebrating Badniks and Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots, and then posed with his arms out for a victory stance to symbolise his importance and power. The Blargian Ship that was captured had a log inside the main computer info report folder, and the report explained that Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete managed to hire Blargian Mercenaries that were loyal to the deceased Chairman Drek, before stealing a ship that had the misfortune of running into a black hole in their universe (the Ratchet and Clank Universe), only to come out into this universe (the Sonic the Hedgehog Universe) from a white hole, and find Mobius after coming out of hyperspace travel.

The Robotnik Empire grew its influence and power very slowly, and with the creation of the Robotnik Corporation (Corp.) as well as the events that soon followed it (see Robotnik Corporation (Corp.) Robots for more info), Doctor Robotnik was now becoming a more prominent figure on Mobius before gradually becoming the most feared mad scientist of the future. Most of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots were stationed on a Robotnikland area on a planet in the Opal Sector, where they were keeping a low profile to maintain order of the Robotnik Empire territory, whilst staying alive to live normal lifestyles.

So, what do you think?

Since I had made robots of a corporation, then it made sense to make robots of a small company, and this was the perfect excuse to create a sort of fun origin story of Doctor Robotnik's Empire.

With ideas running out in my head, I just came up with the Flame Ceiling Wheeler Robot and the Hover Rammer Robot, as the other four robots were easy to think of off the top of my head, and even Core was an easy robot to invent.

Also, the Orbinaut Divison was just a neat little fun idea that came to my mind, as it was the only robot sphere that would work well with the Mathematics Subject: Division, and the Divide Symbol was perfect for two Orbinaut Spheres.

Plus, the Pair-O-Fighters was just some idea about the four primary colours being used in a robot design, especially when it revolved around a pair of two little fighters that worked in pairs.

Finally, this is the first time that Captain Romulous Slag has shown his face, and as talked about how he got a body in a Star Wars Fan Art story of mine (see ap-2 TIE Exploration Tank for more info), then it made sense to give his body origin story a twist, albeit with Rusty Pete, but since we all know what happened in Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty, then it wasn't long until Slag and Pete argued their way to their demise.

Oh, and the chain of a previous Bionicle Fan Art (see Lost Nui Giant and Toa Team for more info), were the inspiration for the Aquatic Sea Mush-Mine Robot and the Spike Ceiling Droplet Robot.

As for the Moto-Fly, I have moved it to another picture that I am working on at the moment, so you can see that in the near future.

As this is my penultimate ever Sonic Fan Art, then there will be one more Sonic fan art, then nothing more in the future.

A week had passed, and Doctor Robotnik had created new robots that he had called Badniks, and those robots included Motobugs, Unidasu and Uni Uni Orbinauts that included a variant for the Star Light Zone only (scrapped Unidasu variant from Sonic 1), Buzz Bombers, Splats the Rabbit Badniks (Scrapped Sonic 1 Variant), Caterkillers, and Crab Meats. To Doctor Robotnik's surprise, the robot arms had upgraded all of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots with a new power source, that was in fact Magic Moonstone Shards that had been excavated from a secret area under the floor of a Robotnik Co.Ltd Storage Area. "At last! A reliable power source, this will make my robots more promising to me in the coming future. I think I will create my Robotnik Empire, so that I can see success soar to great heights, and Mobius will be my Pearl Oyster." said Doctor Robotnik, as he saw eight Pair-O-Fighters flying around, with three new pairs joining the existing Regular Red Ranked Pair-O-Fighters. Then one day, a rare event not only change the face of Robotnik Co.Ltd, but the mood of Doctor Robotnik and his Robotnik Empire to come.

The following event goes as is recorded:

On a bright sunny day, Doctor Robotnik was flying around in a flying machine pod that he had called 'The Egg Mobile', when he spotted something in the distance moving from tree to tree in the nearby woodlands. As soon as he got closer to the scene of interest, Doctor Robotnik had to hide behind some trees as he saw a small humanoid robot with a large head and a tri-corner hat on a small body, that was accompanied by humanoid aliens that weren't Mobians, due to their red skin colour and the number of digits on their fingers. Then, the leading robot spoke "Ay Cap'n Romulous Slag, where are we going again?", before it spoke again with another voice that said "Just shut ye mouth Rusty Pete, these Blargian Mercs of Chairman Drek's are getting impatient, now quiet yourself before I punch ye in your own tiny stomach with ye own fist.". Doctor Robotnik thought to himself of a possible plan to eliminate Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete and the Blargian Mercenaries, before he typed in a command into his Egg Pod that contacted a Motobug Badnik who was on patrol nearby the woodland scene, and then that Badnik just arrived at the scene to race across the Pirate Mercenary Group. "Arr, after that Scurvy Bug Bot Lads, it will lead to us to treasure, wenches, and possibly grog." commanded Captain Romulous Slag, before he with Rusty Pete and the Blargian Mercenaries followed him as they chased after where the Motobug Badnik went, whilst Doctor Robotnik raced ahead to Robotnik Co. Ltd to get his traps and robots ready for a battle. It didn't take long before the Pirate Mercenary Group arrived at Robotnik Co. Ltd, where they saw the Motobug Badnik enter into an airvent to escape being captured before rejoining with other Motobugs in the airvent system, and Rusty Pete then said "Ay Cap'n Slag, ye think this business will be open to us now?", before Captain Romulous Slag replied with "It matters to us not Rusty Pete, now what are we all waiting here for huh lads? Let's get going NOW!". Suddenly, Doctor Robotnik whizzed over the heads of the Pirate Mercenary Group and declared "I am Doctor Julian Ivonson Alexander Robotnik, the most greatest genius of the world of Mobius, and you have all fallen for my dastardly trap of epic proportions!", before trap doors opened beneath most of the Blargian Mercenaries to plunge them into pools of water. However, waiting in these hidden pools of water were Aquatic Mush-Mines that went off and blew up the Blargian Mercenaries who were unlucky to encounter them, and then loads of Pair-O-Fighters emerged from nearby trees to bombard the rest of the Pirate Mercenary Group with laser orbs that were tough enough to take out most body armours. As the battle outside the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building unfolded, the Motobugs emerged with full force whilst the Flame Ceiling Wheelers came out of air vents to open fire at the Blargian Mercenaries from afar. The Hover Rammers emerged to give the Caterkillers cover before they attacked the nearest Blargian Mercenary that got to close, whilst the Core Badniks were taking out a few stealthy Blargian Mercenaries that tried to get around the main building. The Flying Press Badniks helped the Cores and the two halves of each Hover Rammer, taking out Blargian Snipers that tried pot shots at the robots. As most of the Flame Ceiling Wheelers took damage, their cannons came off before the robots carried on as normal, whilst aiding the Buzz Bombers as well as the Motobugs. Even though the Badniks were holding their own, a few Blargian Mercenaries managed to get inside of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building, but they were impaled by the Ceiling Spike Droplets that were waiting for them. As a few of the Blargian Mercenaries with the help of Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete got through to get to the main area, the Orbinaut Divisions ambushed them by unleashing a number of weapons including: laser orbs, laser beams, laser cluster balls, and laser saws, that decimated the mercenaries with ease leaving Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete to retreat to another area inside of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Building. "You know, my Badniks have just found your ship nearby the edge of the woodland entrance, and it won't be long until everything of yours is mine now." called out Doctor Robotnik, as he emerged on foot wielding two laser pistols, and then Rusty Pete called out "Ha! We can take on a single human can't we Cap'n?". Suddenly, Doctor Robotnik fired a few shots at Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete who dodged them, whilst the two of them returned fire at Doctor Robotnik who also dodged them, and it wasn't long until a run and gun shoot out unfolded which reminded Doctor Robotnik of old Mobian movies that involved action shootouts. During the run and gun shootout, Captain Romulous Slag complained to Rusty Pete by saying "Goddamnit Rusty Pete keep focused here, this is my head you are invading here, so just manage ye own body!", to which Rusty Pete replied with "Well maybe if you didn't try to kill me completely, let alone smash my head into pieces, then you wouldn't have to deal with my consciousness from my body, and we all know how you and Former Cap'n Angstrom Darkwater failed to share a body on Planet Murdegraw.", and Doctor Robotnik said "Ha, this is all too easy, you bumbling idiots are going to make my job so damn easy.". At one point, Captain Romulous Slag did get a shot on Doctor Robotnik, injuring him in the stomach with one laser blast. Eventually, Doctor Robonik shot Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete twice in the legs to cripple them, before they managed to get a shot in the side of Doctor Robotnik's left arm. "Arr, get back up and get fighting Rusty Pete, and get out of me head ye scurvy dog!" complained Captain Romulous Slag, before Rusty Pete complained back "I can't Captain, my legs are gone, and this is my Body!", and the both of them kept arguing and punching each other in their body parts until Rusty Pete's body exploded. The only thing that was left was Captain Romulous's Head on a metal stick, but Rusty Pete said "Now we are a Slag on a Stick Cap'n!", and then Captain Romulous Slag snapped "Oh shut the hell up Rusty Pete, this is all ye fault ya good for nothin piece of sh-", before Doctor Robotnik shot Captain Romulous Slag's head so much that it exploded, leaving only a metal stick and a tri-corner hat. Then, Doctor Robotnik got word from a Motobug that the Blargian Forces were all defeated, and that the Blargian Ship was now under Robotnik Imperial control. "Yes, this is such the greatest day of my life! Now I can make my empire go forward from this day forward, and no one will ever stop me in my tracks." said Doctor Robotnik, before he emerged into a large ruined battlefield of a training room to greet celebrating Badniks and Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots, and then posed with his arms out for a victory stance to symbolise his importance and power. The Blargian Ship that was captured had a log inside the main computer info report folder, and the report explained that Captain Romulous Slag/Rusty Pete managed to hire Blargian Mercenaries that were loyal to the deceased Chairman Drek, before stealing a ship that had the misfortune of running into a black hole in their universe (the Ratchet and Clank Universe), only to come out into this universe (the Sonic the Hedgehog Universe) from a white hole, and find Mobius after coming out of hyperspace travel.

The Robotnik Empire grew its influence and power very slowly, and with the creation of the Robotnik Corporation (Corp.) as well as the events that soon followed it (see Robotnik Corporation (Corp.) Robots for more info), Doctor Robotnik was now becoming a more prominent figure on Mobius before gradually becoming the most feared mad scientist of the future. Most of the Robotnik Co. Ltd Robots were stationed on a Robotnikland area on a planet in the Opal Sector, where they were keeping a low profile to maintain order of the Robotnik Empire territory, whilst staying alive to live normal lifestyles.

So, what do you think?

Since I had made robots of a corporation, then it made sense to make robots of a small company, and this was the perfect excuse to create a sort of fun origin story of Doctor Robotnik's Empire.

With ideas running out in my head, I just came up with the Flame Ceiling Wheeler Robot and the Hover Rammer Robot, as the other four robots were easy to think of off the top of my head, and even Core was an easy robot to invent.

Also, the Orbinaut Divison was just a neat little fun idea that came to my mind, as it was the only robot sphere that would work well with the Mathematics Subject: Division, and the Divide Symbol was perfect for two Orbinaut Spheres.

Plus, the Pair-O-Fighters was just some idea about the four primary colours being used in a robot design, especially when it revolved around a pair of two little fighters that worked in pairs.

Finally, this is the first time that Captain Romulous Slag has shown his face, and as talked about how he got a body in a Star Wars Fan Art story of mine (see ap-2 TIE Exploration Tank for more info), then it made sense to give his body origin story a twist, albeit with Rusty Pete, but since we all know what happened in Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty, then it wasn't long until Slag and Pete argued their way to their demise.

Oh, and the chain of a previous Bionicle Fan Art (see Lost Nui Giant and Toa Team for more info), were the inspiration for the Aquatic Sea Mush-Mine Robot and the Spike Ceiling Droplet Robot.

As for the Moto-Fly, I have moved it to another picture that I am working on at the moment, so you can see that in the near future.

As this is my penultimate ever Sonic Fan Art, then there will be one more Sonic fan art, then nothing more in the future.
