haha yeah he probably likes the rain and wet weather in general. He can't stand the dry heat and he generally prefers to stay inside during the winter because he can't exactly keep his lower half warm, or not easily at least

jfc thats terrifying idk maybe? but even if he could he probably wouldnt or not often at least to avoid scaring people. and he actually doesnt move *that* slow. he can pretty easily move at normal walking speed, though generally he goes a bit slower than that, and the fastest he can go is probably around a light jog. not super fast but good enough, though certain things like climbing stairs can be a struggle, so he uses wheel chair ramps when provided
