Omission of Mention - The Planet Masters Saga.

The door swung open onto an enormous brightly lit space.
    "Welcome, to Xxaqz' Lab" said a female's voice.
    Torque Magnus, and Mirror Mirage moved into the room with wide eyes; this had clearly been crypt of a secret underground cave that had origanlly been a small mountain but has eroded from years of renovation, Squat Pillars with hourglass shapes held up the roof that disappeared into darkness. The floor was made up of great iron slabs darkened, and broken with age; some were carved with words in a language no one has ever heard in 1,2oo years. There were no windows, but a bright illumination that Torque had come to know as plasma globes shone down from Steel fixtures fastened to the pillars. In the center of the room were a number of large wooden and metal tables, with all manner of mechanical objects now strung about around the floor—gears and cogs made of a dully shining brass and zyron; long copper strings of wire; glass test tubes and beakers filled with liquids of different colors, some of them giving off wisps of colored smoke or bitter odors—lay broken at there feet. The air smelled metallic and sharp, like the air before the storm. One side of the floor was entirely covered with a scatter of weapons, the blades shining under the plasma globes. There was a half-finished suit of what looked like thinly scaled metal armor made with a weaker material from Torque, hanging on a wooden frame by a great iron table whose surface was concealed by a lumpy cluster of thick tarps.
    Xxaqz' stood around the table with the many tarps, who seems to be smeared with dirt, grease, and some dark fluid. He gestured for them to join him and by the table. As Torque, and Mirror approached, they saw that Xxaqz' face was furrowed and pinched. He looked at Torque and Mirror with blazing eyes, who glanced down toward the table, where the heap of fabrics, moved, Torque blinked in confusion. Had he imagined it? But no, there had been a flicker of movement. Now that they were closer, he saw that, what was on the table was not so much a pile of fabric, as fabric covering something, something approximately the size and shape of a human body, and colored orange.
    "Gentlemen, my location has been compromised!" yelled Xxaqz "as you can see, somebody broke into my lab, thank god they didn't enter the restricted area. I was reviewing the security cameras, and found out, a creature of silver rose from the ground, ransacked the place, and took a special device I was working on, for Dangor—It's RedDragon. This guy shouldn't be able to enter like that! the ground, walls, and ceiling is reinforced with 2 tons of solid Dymanite. Plus, I added safety measures everywhere!"
    "Well whatever this guy is, why are we here?" Torque was eyeballing the tarp.
    "Because I need you two, to track this guy in silver down, I'd do it myself, if I weren't waist deep in demands and paperwork. I need all the help I can get, so you'll do it" Xxaqz went up against a monitor and brought up a map of Binary city "This has been beeping for 20 minutes. We got a Major Disturbance at 1344 Control Panel Lane, in the Las Machinas district. This must be him trying to get away!" Xxaqz looked up at Torque, who was at least 3 feet taller then he was "I need to make a phone call. Get going and-
    "Gwoaaaaaaaaaaaaaar!!" a stentorian voice rang high in the air.
    "Oh G.O.D. he's here. Hurry and go!" Xxaqz is pushing both Torque and Mirror out the door.
    "Wait I got a question! what is that under the tarp?" Torque says while being pushed out.
    "That's just Project Rush, no more questions, I need no distractions while Dangor is here" and out the door they went.

"He did not have to push us out, and I am surprised that he can push me out at all!" Torque was dodging people running away from him, as He and Mirror run to their destination.
    "Remember that he keeps a reserve of energy in his eyes, whenever he needs it, at critical moments" Mirror said.
    "oh yeah" I forgot, he thinks while shaking his head.
    As the two ran opposite the flow of traffic, a large shard of twisted metal came speedily toward Torque, He dodge to the left "WHOA!!" not before it clipped his arm.
    "Did that actually nicked your shoulder?" Mirror said.
    "I do not think so Mirror... wait, what is this? it is all goopy, and it feels all acidic" A piece of twisted metal is sticking out of his forearm, a hissing sound is heard as the metal burrows into Torque slowly.
    "You got to pull it out now" Mirror exclaimed "I don't think thats no ordinary fragment!"
    Torque pulled the piece out, but it seems the pain worsens after he pulls it free.
    "HUUURRGH!! ahhh, much better. Come on let us move" They continued to run forward to the disturbance, an explosion is heard after they rounded the corner, and a mysterious figure appeared in the dust.
    "What is that?" A confused Mirror wondered "Wait, where did it go?"
    "I do not know, but I thin... Behind you!" Torque warned. Silver Spikes shot out of the ground heading toward Mirror, he managed to roll out of the way, but a nearby civilian wasn't so lucky.
    "What the Hell? We got to secure the area before more innocent people get hurt" Mirror turns from the scene of such panic, and a splash of silver caught him in the face. Mirror swore "DAHHHK, IT BURNS!!"
    Torque laughing where he stood tossed a towel to him "Oh come off it, man up!" said Torque "Hmmm......? where did it go?" he muttered.
    "I like to see you stay focused while staring down at this onslaught" Mirror angrily wiping his face "What is this stuff? and why're we looking for him again?"
    "It is because he took something important from Xxaqz and I quote 'The creature ransacked the place, and took a special device I was working on, for Dangor' unquote. I do not know what it is, but it must be good! if this guy is making a scene"
    There was weird laughter above a building.
    "Over there!" Torque Magnus, and Mirror Mirage ran in the direction of the noise.
    "Um, I'm pretty sure your suppose to run away from strange noises, not toward it"
KA-BOOM!! A sudden explosion rocked the building, shards of glass, and metal came raining to the ground.
    "I got a bad feeling about this" Mirror says.
    "This ought of be fun!!" Torque's smiling now.......
