HOW does someone think Wario is Mario? Wario is taller and fatter, as well as having a freaky grin and, when he does dress like a plumber, he wears yellow.

Many reasons: Typo of name from client, Mario in disguise (you know he has many guises), it was dark, or an Accident.

Howeve, though it may look like it, Wario is in no way, shape, or form, and idiot. Mario, on the other hand, can be impulsive and quick to anger. Luigi is cautious.
