Crome shot the barrel hanging above jim's head to fall on him, so jim will stop electrocuting him so crome can escape but crome is still sitting there because he's weak so he's going to move away from jim in the next page after taking a few seconds of resting.

I would love to see something random fall out of nowhere but curse those jedi reflexes. Most likely his leg or foot is going to get crushed by it though it gives crome a more fair advantage since jedi's are supposed to be really fast and with speed out of the picture crome will have a chance against jim
