Original Drawing: robotmonkey10.deviantart.com/a…This is an updated, revised drawing and design of a drawing I did about 3 years ago. Had a lot of time to grow as an artist and looking through my old deviantArt submissions I thought why not redraw some of them.
Now while I stood true to the original design with some minor alterations to it, I feel as if the name and the story behind this character are completely out-dated. I will probably rework all of that at a later date though.
Other than that I hope you enjoy it.
UPDATE: I've changed the pose to have some more stability and made him a bit hunched over. Thanks to Falljoydelux for the feedback on the original version. I also added some shading to the piece to enhance it's look a bit.

But if I were to give some constructive criticism, it'd be the pose. It looks a bit too stiff and precarious, he's leaning a bit too far forward. A way to combat this is to set that foot that's in the boot a bit further out, so it looks like he can support himself. Or you could bend the knees slightly, locked knees and leaning like that is a recipe for a faceplant
Another way is to make him a bit more hunched over, this way you can keep the legs where they are and still look like he can support himself. The hunched over look works too with the foot out
But all things considered you have improved by leaps and bounds since you first drew this dude, so props to you

Thanks for the criticism, still getting the hang of posing and is admittedly something I never practiced all that much. With that being said I'll take that into thought and see if I can fix those issues when I work on the shaded version. I'll see which of the two suggestions look better with him.
