Extremespeed – is able to move extremely fast sometimes combines this with Fly in order to… fly at extremespeed
Fly – is self-explanatory
Outrage – he summons all his power, letting it out in this huge blast of dragon fire. The move costs a great amount of energy and will leave him weakened, uses only when necessary

Accessory: Very old, magic sword, he’s had it since before he came to Ghagonn. The hilt looks old, but the blade looks brand new, it conducts his powers

Markings:
-He has the gold Rayquaza rings down his sides, starting from his ribs under his armpits and ending at his ankles.
-He has several scars, portrayed in THIS ugly scar meme.
-He DOES have ears, them being above the lower horns WHICH I NEVER DRAW.

Personality: Rufus tends to be somewhat gruff and stubborn, usually sticking to his own opinions and being rather close-minded. Doesn’t really let people close, always keeping them at a distance, only getting to the point where he fully trusts them. Has a hard time expressing himself and has a quick temper/get’s frustrated VERY easily. He respects others with skills and will not make a big deal at a loss. Has a clever mind though, usually making good/well-though out plans. He bases his ideas on facts, instead of opinions and feelings. He will do whatever necessary to achieve a goal, and is very harsh on Wanted. He usually does better when alone, but doesn’t want to fall into his own musings that can be dangerous.

Talents:
-Is obviously an excellent sword fighter.
-Can fly.
-Is a good tactician.
-Is a good judge of character.
-Is a good dancer but it’s almost as rare as finding a shiny to seeing him dance.

Weaknesses:
-Cold climates (ice) and other dragons (he get's all competitive and shit no joke)
-Sometimes judges too harshly causing him to lose allies he could’ve had.
-Has a temper that he tries to hide.
-Doesn’t edit what he says.
-Can be an asshole from time to time.

-Sometimes overestimates himself/underestimates his enemies.

Background: A very long time ago, probably when Rufus was roughly only 1,000 years old, he was a part of this huge clan of Rayquazas. No one was the leader of the clan, they all helped each other and there wasn’t much conflict. Soon, at the peak of their civilization where their magic, technology, knowledge etc. were at its highest and they were one of the strongest clans of their time, they began wanting a ruler. The thing is, every one of them wanted to rule. One would say they should be King or Queen because they’re excellent at planning strategies, others would say they’re the strongest with magic or a master of martial arts etc. Rufus was no different, thinking that he should rule because he was young (for a Rayquaza) and he had plenty to offer. So the clan was enveloped in civil war, only no one was on anyone’s side except their own.
Other clans began using the opportunity to gain more influence over the world. The Rayquazas were so involved in their own war that they didn’t notice their lands being taken away. After a while of this, Rufus began to realize that there was no place for all of them. He began not worrying about killing his fellow Rayquazas and having no one to rule if he came out on top. The war that he and his clan had caused threw not only their clan but their entire territory and its inhabitants into chaos. Family turned against family and all dignity the clan ever had was gone. He took it unto himself to rid the world of all his clan to save them from themselves.
When he was the last remaining Rayquaza, he fled his home continent and found his way to Ghagonn. There he took on a new life, training other would-be-fighters the art he took years to perfect in the desert Dezzaviit. He never once looked back on what he had done.

This is the story that most may have heard the rumor of (DOES NOT MEAN EVERYONE KNOWS, THERE ARE ONLY VAUGUE RUMORS). But Rufus lost control of his abilities as things became too much to handle, and Outrage was triggered. Rufus hadn’t been able to train it up as much as other Rayquazas, so once it happened, whoever tried to stop him where killed. This caused Rufus to hold tight to his emotions, never letting himself get that overwhelmed/upset again. His fear is that he will one day lose control again, repeating his past mistake. He tells himself that what happened happened, and all he can do if move on, but the ghosts of his past still haunt him.

Other:
-He enjoys music.
-He’ll go out of his way to rat out a traitor.
-If he gives an order or job, he expects it to be done with no complaints.
-He’s polite to the other rulers as long as they don’t interfere with his territory and/or members.

-He has softened up, with the help of some of his fighters, and he has a select few he trusts without question.
-He tries to be more understanding of new recruits, but they are very frustrating in his own opinion.
-He really does love training them though, don’t let him tell you otherwise.
