I don't think I can ever forgive you for opening my eyes so the salt, lemon juice, onion juice, broken glass, more salt, AND acid could assault my eyes. Part of me hopes you liked going 50+ episodes of salt, broken glass and acid being chucked in your face, and the other part hopes you hated every second of it!!
Seriously. The end of the world babysits some color and anatomy challenged, incompetent, droopy faced kid; King Arthur's awesome weapon is now a dancing loser who has to come up with his own retarded song in order to have any character development or personality whatsoever; Stars are not black; and DEATH IS GIVING PEACE SIGNS?!?!?! DEATH!?!!?!? THE THING THAT KILLS PEOPLE?!!?!?!?!?!? REALLY?!?!?!?!? I'll remember that death loves peace next time I'm slowly dying a horrible and peaceless death. 
Worse than Twilight and My Immortal. Yup. At least Twilight is somewhat original and she made up her own characters all by herself. This bozoo here just made a cluster crap of cool things and ruined them all. There is just not enough crap I can say about this shit. Really.
Sorry, I'm mad all over again now. Maybe its because I'm thinking ahead of myself and of the next thing I wanna write. I have to use bleach on my brain to remind myself that "Excalibur" does NOT refer to a useless retard, but to a legendary sword. *sigh* It's an insult to everything it uses.

Um, what cool concepts? The only cool thing was "madness" but they did that better in 300(This is madness! This! IS! SPARTA!!)!!! Maybe the whole "soul" crap they do, but that took WAY too long, and they should have been blasted to bits while they went through that long sequence. Why were the bad guys stupid enough to wait!?! Then they yell at each other "we are going to attack his left side!" and the bad guy doesn't prepare for that or anything?!!? REALLY?!!?!?! Is every character in that crap a brain dead moron? Really?
Maybe the "cool" things are the little references. Examples being Kidd as a gangsta pimp with his two dumb blonde "southern/south side" hoes/bitches/whores/whatever and the rape references in the end fight. But I doubt those are the cases, since I doubt those were intentional. 
And no one can tell me why they like it, or anything actually GOOD about it (having potential is NOT good since it means that it FAILED at whatever it was trying). Seriously. Nothing. I don't get it. I guess this is a case of "stupid things amuse stupid people"?

Yeah thw whole Medusa and Stein, just using those types of characters were cool at first, but the fucked it up. Luckily not every anime out there is as bad and luckily, not every has to like it/does like it. I guess some like it cause they like that kinda anime.

I feel so mad that I "like that kind of anime" and it fails. Miserably. I don't know if I should be disappointed in myself or the genre or what. Almost every "gothic" style artist I've seen on DA has SE pictures. Or a whole folder for them. It pisses me off. 
Imagine that you LOVE dinosaurs and cute things and stuffed animals and light fantasy. Okay? Then someone shows you Barney and you hate it. Bingo.
Without a doubt, DGM is better. They deal with mythology and actually make it COOL. They put their own little spin on it (without ruining it, or changing it too much). But it makes me sad that people don't seem to know about it as much as other crappy anime.

Yeah... I think they made it too 'bright' to be a 'gothic' anime. There's definetly other animes out there that are actually 'gothic'. Maybe those artists draw the SE characters for 1. They like how they look 2. They're slightly easier to draw that other shows that are more detailed. But again, I don't know.
I definately like DGM better. The characters are more cool/easier to care about.

I think so too. I do kinda like the "bright goth" a bit - like some gothic lolita dresses are pink. 
They look ugly. Seriously! Their faces [link] look like [link] that!! Ew!!! Humans were NOT meant to be that ugly!!! No!! Ew!!!! EW EW EW. I drew better side views when I was 12 - and I SUCKED back then!! NOSES DO NOT POINT UP LIKE THAT!! EWWWW!!!
Sure are. I have NEVER EVER cried for a character who appeared for ONE EPISODE ON THE FIRST EPISODE OF THE SERIES. Their personalities are not over the top IN YOUR FACE (SEE!? THERE'S MY PERSONALITY!!! SEE!?!!? SEEEE?!?!?!?!) so they seem more like....what was I gonna say? Oh, right, REAL HUMAN BEINGS!!!!!!! Usually by now I'm sick of the "heroes" and I really like the heroes still.

I saw one of the manga pictures. They don't look as droopy, which is good....but they still rape classic literature and mythology.
Yeah! Like..Lavi. He's the comic releif character mostly, but he's also a voice of reason and has more to his personality than being a goofball. Lenalee is worried about her friends, but is also independent. I could go on.

Sorta... there was this one character who the changed and made more stupid. He actually dies. Then Chrona went back to Medusa instead of staying with Maka and them. He got all weird. There was this other bad guy who doesn't even appear in the anime...

Yeah that was cool, but so short! And that didn't even work! What made me upset though was thats he finally beat him by punching him. How come she didn't do some awesome thing when she found out she was a weapon? Oh well, it was still a good anime.
