I'm sure most everyone may have stepped outside their home on a dark clear night, looked up, and may have thought, "Wow..look at all the stars. What a view!", or "Are we alone?", or something similar .
It got me thinking, "Would a neighboring civilization other than our own (assuming one exists) look at a night sky the way we do, and might be thinking the same while star gazing at night?"
