I don't recall ever finding Scrappy that annoying as a kid, but a lot of people don't like him, and that's why I got asked to do this drawing.Related content

why DO so many people hate scrappy. he was my second favorite character, aside from scooby. his utter devotion for his uncle was so cute. this is one of the milder anti-scrappy art, so it still retains cuteness, but in general, I detest anti-scrappy art... they usually have no reason for disliking the canine, but hate him anyway... oh well

Much as I like this, perhaps this picture would work better if it was one of the gang administering the punishment, Daphne perhaps, since she had to endure his carryings-on more than anyone save for Shaggy and Scooby.
