I tried to fix this up a little bit but I was in a hurry so it kinda sucks. I'll blend and shade better when I have time.Maybe I'll just scrap this one, I don't really like it.
I know Stratocrush will have alot to say about this...

good how do youy get it to work on me?? installed and when oi run it an error--one sec ok in my deviatiobns in 3 switchin to xp to get stuff off of it onto me usin moms maxtor sence she broke mine--seems fair 1 use tho whats better is i keep hers and she fixes mine sence SHE BROKE IT

its worked out--except cam tho ive got a floppy to help--keyboard on xp can remov and reattach on me wont work on xp so usin on screen one--gotta love it!!!!!

A little too much white of the background still on Rocket, and the pants have just a bit too much bulge in too many places. The cliff there looks pretty good now. Lastly, there's this thing that looks like a flag on some NES game that's right above his head and to the left (our left).

I dont think it looks completely horrible, I just think you need to learn where to shade... like with the pants. Usualy blending the shading does help, not sure how it works with Photoshop though, since Im so used to PSP9 but yeah. Just try to experiment more with the shadding tools, like changing the opacity and all, thats what I do

Its quite good but the problem I can see is the lightling texture on certain parts of his body, I ain't perfect either but.
The torso looks great.
