fractal manipulation created using fractals rendered in apophysis and pieced together using photshop along with some other non-fractal elements such as texturesmost the fractals used in this and most the textures can be either found in my stock folders or have been 'up-cycled' from older works

in effort to get myself out of the doldrums i kinda fought myself to get something arty done - turns out recycling a lot of bits of the old i can at least wrangle something new - hopefully i can work on making new works from scratch again sooner or later

practice, patience and time - oh and learning not to be over critical of yourself are the keys - i've dabbled with a few tutorials that are posted on here if you get chance to take a peek at them - just tackling basic fractal manipulations.

its a pleasure to encourage someone else, to be fair i've just taken a peek at some of your works - its good to see you have your own style developing - maybe try mixing it up with some patterns and textures like you find in the stock on here - it can really give life to images - and break up blocks of colour 
if you get tempted to dabble with fractals there are a load of tutorials on here that explain about how to create them in many programs although the program i use to create them is called apophysis i use version 2.02 its available to download here www.apophysis.org/downloads.ht…
keep trying & keep it fun - if art becomes a chore then you're doing it wrong - i find that even the work you think 'thats rubbish i want to delete it' can come in handy in the future - never delete anything save it - come back to it and usually with a bit of time ways to make it work or improve it will become apparent

Thanks, and I love drawing and its never a chore, I always wanna try out new styles but I am still young and not so experienced, but art is never a chor fore me

everyone has to start somewhere - young has nothing to do with it when it comes to new styles - i['m not so young shall we say and still love to try out new styles - recently i have been dabbling with a few watercolour techniques that i have heard of but never tried and with encaustic art ( art made using coloured waxes) - i toy with everything from scrap metal and welding right through to pastels pencils crayons collage , photography and digital art - i was once told 'the only limit is your imagination' and its certainly true!!
sometimes i have found certain pieces of art a chore usually ones that have to be done quickly and i have a dozen other ideas i want to be trying out haha!
i always wanted to be a teacher - but it never happened due to one thing and another so i stick with encouraging people where i can which usually means my friends my family and people i come across here on dA

Thats very nice, and yes I have trying out new styles to lastly, mostly with digital art, because that's how I started drawing exept from traditional.
