Description *UPDATE - Lettered.

Here's part 2 for this months challenge.
Had a big beat down planned and whole explanation of how Vector's 'Boson Accelerator' a.k.a. 'Bad-Ass' Armor works, but I had to cut it short to meet the deadline.
Maybe I can finish it in next months challenge.
