Description
SPOILERS!! LOOK AWAY IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE FILM YET!!ok when you watch the trailer for the new Godzilla, they make it look like the government has been covering his tracks whenever he attacks, and that he would finally be exposed when its time to fight the new monster, but in the movie the destruction and cover up mainly goes to the Mutos who destroy everything and eat everything, meanwhile a bunch of ships and scientists follow him around like a whale migrating
i made a post on tumblr which got so popular in just 24 hours that inspired me to make the post into a short comic about the two different monsters in the new Godzilla film ; u ;
and i gotta say it was pretty successful, the new post with the comic was more popular than the original, and im pretty proud of myself for finally getting something super popular on tumblr where most of my stuff never gets noticed
hope you enjoy, see Godzilla in theaters everywhere now playing
i do not own Godzilla or the Mutos, Godzilla belongs to Toho studios and the Mutos belong to Garreth Edwards

Two characters from the show called My Hero Academia. What I believe Corporal-Chaordic meant is that the way both Godzilla and the M.U.T.O are presented here is that it reminds them of Deku and Bakugo. Basically, Deku is depicted as being a total sweetheart who tries to be the best hero and doesn’t like to cause destruction on accident. Bakugo is depicted as a complete arrogant asshole with some MAJOR anger issues, who just goes completely apeshit and ballistic at pretty much EVERYTHING.

left side-
Muse after a good sleep, coffee, comfortable, not in pain, everything going well, trying not to get in peoples way or break anything
right side-
Muse pretty much all the time, because Muse can never get enough sleep, or enough coffee, is constantly in pain, and things deserve to be broken! rawwwr!
((sorry, just a stupid lil thought I had when I saw this lol)

He is what an American would call "30 feet tall" an everyone else would call 10 meters.
That is pretty damn big for any walking animal, but skyscrapers still tend to be taller.

I really like Godzilla but....I feel bad for the MUTOs, there just lost and confused creatures and there were just trying to mate. I especially feel bad for the female
when the soldiers destroyed the nest you can just see the MUTO'S loss through her noises and actions,I know! Even though they destroyed countless cities and bombs and stuff, all they wanted was to raise their young. After all they are the last of their kind and they only wanted to carry on their species the only thing that does not differentiate them is that we do all 2 deaths.

well the Mutos are parasites, and they would have wiped out the entire ecosystem on earth if no one had stopped them. the whole point of Godzilla's existence in the film was that he was there to restore order and balance as the apex predator, so it was necessary for him to take out the parasites that would have ruined the natural order of things
also its kinda unfair how the Mutos caused all that damage and mayhem, but people were like "poor Mutos they just wanted to breed", but with Godzilla a lot of people were like "we shouldnt call him a hero, after all he did kill all those people even if he didnt mean to, i'd feel wrong calling him a hero"

MUTO was on earth long before godzilla and humans had been there since prehistory and yes at least you agree with me how godzilla is considered a hero when he made victims as victims. I saw more people hated the MUTO than having pain for them.

Sorry but that's Incorrect both the MUTOS and Godzilla are from the same primordial ecosystem they didn't appear before his species from the canon information we have. We don't exactly know what effect they would have on the overall ecosystem if they were to breed but we can be sure that for humanity such large beasts trudging around and making use of our nuclear power stations across the globe would be absolutely catastrophic for us. Additionally as revealed in the BTS/Monarch files from the movie collection its stated that the MUTOS maintained a parasitic relationship to Godzilla's species who lay eggs in the corpses of his kind or other large kaiju who also receive energy from radiation youtu.be/H2eTQHTJBOY. In the absence of a radiation rich animal corpse the MUTOs search for other sources of radiation to feed themselves and rear their young (which is why both the male and female searched for objects infused with nuclear energy first to eat and then to use as an adequate source to sustain their young during incubation)
With all of this in mind it makes them and Godzilla natural enemies whos species have been in competition for millions of years if he had allowed them to breed such a thing could be dangerous to his very existence even just two of them could topple him over when coordinated. What we witnessed on screen was basically a primeval struggle between two opposing life forms and Godzilla basically performed his natural role as apex predator maintaining balance on earth through his actions. This doesn't make the mutos inherently "evil" per se but in the context of the storyline it does make them antagonists/villains which is why people don't always sympathize with them, its only natural. Godzilla by trying to eliminate both of them subsequently saves humanity in the process which is why he's cast into a heroic/protective light. He's also fairly neutral towards humans when he sees them or chooses to notice their presence and doesn't deliberately cause destruction when he can help it.

I did note our 'attentive' Godzilla was.
In the Hawaii sequence, he swam underneath the battleships, rather than capsizing them.
and, at the Golden Gate Bridge, he (unintentionally) saved a bus full of kids by blocking the stray missile strikes.
Godzilla, to be, reminded me of a Brachiosaurus.
Something of colossal size that is just passing through a world too small for him.

You Mean the Difference Between Godzilla 2014 and Muto, Because in This Picture, I Crearly Seen That is a Reference to the Fans opinion of The Design. In The Case Of Other Godzilla Designs There Actually More Thin Than Godzilla 2014 is.

this isn't a reference to anything regarding the fans, I just noticed that Godzilla seemed to actually TRY to scoot past some buildings without destroying them like a dick for no reason (if something got destroyed it was by accident) meanwhile the Mutos just crash straight into everything and break whatever they step on like the assholes they are
