Thanks! Yes, it is a Daz3d render in iray. The skin texture is from the model 'Sienna for Genesis 8 Female' (www.daz3d.com/sienna-for-genes… ) which was then run through NGS Anagenesis 2 - Revolution (www.daz3d.com/n-g-s-anagenessi… ) and slightly colored tweaked (NGS tends to generates blue hues in skin tones) and some slight color adjustment in PS.
