Description
Using the recent release from Moebius Models, I decided to build another old-style Galactica.Construction was done pretty much out of the box.
She was painted first with a base coat of very dark grey, then given a coat of light grey over that.
The red markings were done with a combination of decals and paint

Today I started making a 3d model of the original Battlestar Galactica, and I did find your videos when you assembled this kit, it actually helped me understand some shapes the ship has in the ventral part of the main body 
I like a lot how your model came out, the colour is certainly like in the tv series, but not too shiny, so that really is a plus

I actually prefer the re-imagined Galactica. It's a sleeker design

The Original Galactica is quite boxy, compared to all he rounder shapes of the Reimagined version indeed. Also, the Reimagined version has those amazing turrets
