I dunno...I kinda like the coloring book feel of not coloring in the black parts of his costume and hair

It's from the episode "The Royale" (S2E12) where Data, Riker, and Worf find themselves in an elaborate simulation of a casino. Data's objective is to win a lot of money, and of course being an android he can do that just fine, but since he has been so enamored by all the colorful characters and the general fun of the place, he adds a little attitude for fun. I could watch him act like a haughty human playing craps all day!
