What is a Split Breedable?

Split Breedables give both you, the requestor, and I an opportunity to create our own litters between a pairing.
We can each make 1 to 3 cubs between the couple and do as wish with our outcomes; keep, give away, sell (etc.) with prices and terms, each creator deems fit.How Do I request a Split Breedable?

  • Comment with an image of your character.
  • Once permission is received, if you'd like, make 1 to 3 cubs between the pair. Be sure not to make them clones.
  • Post the finished cubs within 30 days.
  • 30 days has been set as the desired completion period. If you need longer just let me know. Alternatively, if I don't get to your request by 30 days time and you are still interested in the litter, please let me know.

You don't have to make cubs if you aren't interested in doing so.
Cubs should take inspiration from the parents though stand as their own character.

    Creating Cubs

It should be noted that more similarly colored or marked characters are likely going to have more similar colored and marked offspring.
With many TLK based characters having more fixed marking placements; most TLK oc's have the ligher underbelly, muzzle and eye rims, marking clones are a lesser concern and something that I'd really only wory about with hybrids or anything where markings were drawn versus being a base/color-fill. Marking Clones have been an issue with my warrior cat split breedables on occasion. Color clones are designs that have some colors lifted directly from one parent and are indistinguishable from their palate. When both parents have more similar color palates, cubs will likely be a bit more similar as shown with the example cubs(I spent very little time on them). To make your own designs stand out more I'd recomend looking at others in the family tree and pulling some faint traits from it and potentially even adding a very diluted hues in alongside inverting color palates on smaller details. Bases are by oCrystalArt
