EPS means Encapsulated PostScript. You can usually open them in Illustrator and maybe photoshop, I forget if you can.

I could in photoshop... you dont happen to cut your own skate movies and produce dvd films do you?

I am soon beginning to create my own DVD film, but I dont know how I do. I will edit them in premiere 7 pro, but where do I go from that?

You would probably have to use Adobe Encore to put the DVD together, the menus etc., but I don't know much about that program.

Basically you have to design a cover for a Skate film.
It can be a made up film or you can take a real film and re vamp the cover.
