2mil to build this worthless piece of shit excuse of a belltower.this is considered a "popular tourist attraction" here in Perth.

It can't be worthless and failed if you took the effort to take a photo of it, right? Though I think Melbourne's "Southern Star" London-Eye look-a-like fails more. It broke!

Haha yeah, I know! Our one was pretty stupid, they built this whole area and promoted it as the "new tourist centre of melbourne" and extended the tram lines and now it's all dead....

It could be a bit brighter. If you apply to it a levels filter with the Neutral slider at 1.30 I think that would create a cool Fill Light effect, though I would confine that exclusively to the building and exclude the walkway and the surrounding city and sky.

funny enough its a bell tower, si can easily relate the word bell-end to it, or just thing of the bells as the balls of the penis.
