The slaves are prisoners of war from a recent conflict. Rather than take no prisoners the winning army has decided to use them as slave labour in the quarries and mines. It is terrible brutal work under the hot sun - hence their near nakedness. Mike is up and coming executive in the mining company and has increased output by 50 percent since he joined. This has been achieved because of his young wife who is even more ambitious than he is.
She has visited the mines a few times (every time she does Mike encourages her to wear her tightest and most provocative dress!) On her first visit she thought that the slaves worked too slow and that output could be massively increased.
So she persuaded the mine owners to have electrical neck collars fastened to each slave. She also introduced flogging for slackers and malingerers. She has also advocated the death penalty for any slave caught trying to escape.
Her latest initiative was to have each slave fitted with a chastity device so they would not be able to masturbate. Quite apart from being a disgusting vice Cynthia believes that masturbation is so much wasted energy which should be recycled into working harder.
There are so many slaves they are totally expendable. One of the things that Cynthia like to do is zap a slave when he is carrying an 80 pound rock on his back. The sudden current will make him arch his back and fall down..............with the rock falling on top of him and crushing his rib cage!

Rocks: rock carrying is hardest and most humiliating work. Collars: Women can easily without effort punish men from any distance whenever she likes. Men cant do absolutely nothing to prevent that, they are totaly in mercy.
