No. I use "suspender pantyhose" model from Renderosity and it fits closely.
Gap between legs and pantyhose is not visible beacuse in shader nodes I use "transparency fallout" option. Basicly it is loss of transparency where viewing angle towards material is greater. (material in middle of legs is almost 90 degrees when watching and it is more transparent and closer to edge of legs where viewving angle increases is less transparent towards black)

Button is purposely made small so that in last scene Scarlet playing with her toes could click the button with small amount of force. Large pedal could not apply for last scene.
I made victim (men in plastic wrap) to be in focus along with girls. Not button.
That's how I imagine this scene...

You are right if the button was created for the final and  final scene ONLY and I have seen that sort of little buttons all over your other submissions, so its nothing different. If you imagine a bit bigger, you could have the pedal and the teenie tiny button for the same purpose by creating a few lines like "when the ladies want to relax and enjoy tormenting their slaves at the same time, there is also a secondary button with the same functionality" or something like that, I'm just trying to fit a variety if devices at the disposal of your ladies instead of always a teenie tiny button only like your other deviations. This is my opinion only of course and after all you are the artist. You asked for opinions.

Yeah. In this scene I focused on over-immobilization. Men is in plastic wrap +steel shackles +shock collar for extra humiliation and helplessnes.
And tiny small little button that can deliver huge amount of pain with simple touch of plafull toes of Scarlet
I hope I achived sexy humiliation with that scene...
