Shotgun Revolver. with Over/Under double barrel. that way you can Fire 2 or one shot at a time. Das how i roll
2nd one is I guess a caster shell revolver,... fuck it i dont know what to call it. anyways got the idea for it well watch'n outlaw star. just gave it the same Over/Under double barrel as the 1st. one

Hmmmm,...The idea was when I saw a over and under sawed off and thought it looked like a big ass revolver, so I thought to my self, hey that would be a pretty bad as Idea a shotgun revolver and BAM !

It looks like a weapon that could be used in Fallout 3/New Vegas. lol Great concept though, I'm suprised no ones ever tried it, atleast a single barrel revolver shotgun, that'd be sweet and very simple. And atleast with the over/under concept you could use two different types of ammo in the chamber, say top barrel with scatter shot and lower barrel with slugs.

hey hey hey. I was browsing and i noticed this gem. there are a few shotguns that use a cylinder for ammunition, look up the street sweeper for a really boring design OR look up the MTS 255. Its beautiful Russian shotgun, and yes, its 12 gauge. thought you'd like to know

if you don't mind my asking though, how do the expanded shells eject? i don't see an extractor rod, and i doubt the normal o/u spring eject thingy would work...
