I'm hoping to color this at some point, which is why there's no shading. I didn't go through the pain of finding profile and pose refs for these two for nothing.Fanart again?
Yes, yes fanart again. This time it's Doctor Who.
(Because Doctor/Master is canon in the fine print. Actually, no, it's in the medium print, especially if you know really old slang.) Also, the Master has become somewhat of a fascination on my part.
Having said Timelord in a collar in The End of Time didn't help either situation much.

The ONLY reason the Master would EVER do that would be to get at the Doctor. And it seems like it worked. (I'm wondering who put that on him - himself?)

It is indeed the only reason, though during The End of Time (last two episodes of Ten), he actually was wearing that collar against his will (just check my flair board!). And it's not a straight jacket, it's his black hoodie from those episodes. It's just the way he's sitting... I referenced it myself?
