Shamrock Missouri, July 2018.A flashing billboard indicated that up ahead on Interstate 70, traffic had been stopped for over an hour. Our Google Map/GPS/Whatever directed us to get off at Kingdom City and detour north. Since I hadn't planned on looking at old houses, I didn't even think about putting on some bug repellent, and ended up chigger bit.
