Description
I've inherited my father's old cameras. All of these are ones he or some other relative once used. This seems to be a rather rare camera.
Soligor Aemi-Auto is a twin lens reflex (TLR) camera built by Tōkyō Kōgaku and imported by Allied Impex Corporation (AIC).
From 1955, AIC Photo, Inc. began using the brand name Soligor for cameras, lenses and accessories imported from Japan.
In 1956, the Soligor Semi-Auto ($59.95) was the most expensive version of the Soligor Reflex ($34.95). Soligor Reflex cameras were knob-wind 6×6cm TLR (Twin Lens Reflex) cameras. They could use 120 or 620 film. The Soligor Semi-Auto adds a self-timer and automatic frame spacing.
For some reason, this has the Graflex Graflash BC flashgun mounted on the side. This flash was made specifically for the Graflex 22 camera, although I suppose its possible that this would work on another camera.
