Description
Doc Robot.Wily's first attempt at creating a Weapons Copy System robot, but the internal programming of weapon mimicking got mis-interpretted, and coupled with Wily's inexperience at correct personality building within a robot's A.I, 'Doc Robot' went mad and began physically ripping victim's weapons off of their body and attaching it to his own.
Wily is unaware of it's whereabouts, but Mega Man has discovered a lot of robots with their weapons missing...
Pictured here, he has yet to acquire the Bubble Man and Crash Man busters he is typically shown with.

I've always envisioned my version of the Doc Robot as some sort of frankenstein's monster with very low quality hardware, making its systems slightly laggy due to having so many weapons on board. This concept is pretty neat I'll have to say. Great job on the design too! Keep up the good work!

The official art of Doc Robot often makes him look goofy, but you instead gave him the menace he's supposed to have.

It's a bit of a creepy one, he steals robot master powers in the same way Mega Man does. Ish.

Well, not quite exactly. I mean, he does in Mega Man 3. He copies the Robot Master's abilities from Mega Man 2 a bit like how Mega Man does like you said. But when one of his methods of copying abilities is physically ripping of parts from robot masters and attaching them to his own and presumibly killing the robot too, a creepy pasta could be made from this. Imagine what would happen if some sick psycho reprogrammed this thing to murder humans. That'd be an interesting plot for a creepy pasta or a Mega Man game itself.
Mega Man Genocied.
Maybe that could be made as Mega Man 11 if one ever does come.
And Doc Robot's design is scary too. He looks possesed!
I can imagine being chased by him in a dark corridor leading to a load of blood stained metal and bones.

Thanks! I think the Mega Man 2 traits came out without knowing, even though the character draws inspiration from all of them, so I was probably thinking about them anyway

Thanks very much! Yeah, I still get stuck on his Quick Man version and occasionally his Wood Man version. It's because his sprite was so much bigger than the RObot Master he was mimicking, which made him so much harder!

That sounds cool! I'm currently reading Mega Man Giga Mix, and I'm in love with the style of Ariga's Doc Robots! I've added the belt which shows which weapon they're using which Ariga's version uses!

Oh noes! I have issue one. My comic store was on top of that, thank god. It's pretty cool, but so far nothing you wouldn't expect. I'm hoping for some major plot elements/character development. Something the MM games severely lack, bless 'em.

Yeah, I thought the other day that there have actually been a few comics of Mega Man, none that really took off. Well, only one I guess, and that was the Dreamwave one. Stopped after two issues. Yeah, the backstory is the same as always, it could do with being mixed up a bit, hey?
