Description
Character Bio:One of Robotnik's robotic generals and one of his first creations. As head of the flight squad he possesses the power of jet-powered flight and rocket launchers from his wings. Based of a chicken, Scratch has a fierce pecking ability that enables him to peck through solid steel with ease. Like most of the robots in Robotnik's arsenal, he is cold, ruthless and knows no remorse, believing that the only way of living was by his creator's command.

I don't know. Scratch always stuck to me as being (stupid) loyal to Robotnik no mater what.
The only thing that would make him want to turn on Robotnik would be if his abuse and uncaring nature would get on his nerves too much.
