Character Bio:
One of Robtonik's metallic generals. As master of the ground troops AND head of the mining robots, he was built with two large titanium drills and a laser-powered lens for his optics, thus allowing him to tear through any material he sees fit. While his fellow Commander, Scratch is more of a mindless drone, Robotnik felt that Grounder required an upgrade to his matrix order to better equip himself while facing enemies, as such he was also equipped with an increased intelligence that could easily match Robotnik himself, thus also earning his title as Robotnik's chief tactician.
