Description
Dust Man, DCN:030Created by Doctor Mikhail Cossack, the Russian scientist who knew Light and Wily during their Robotics Institute era.
Cossack created various public service robots such as police robots (one of which would be hi-jacked to be converted to Ring Man) and Dust Man, a street cleaning robot.
Here, he is under the control of Wily and can suck and convert weapon energy from other forms into his own.

That is a sweet art style! Reminds me of Samurai Jack and I love that show and Dust Man, so bravo!
