Okay okay, the LAST one for tonight.A slightly refined version of my X design. Sort of a mish-mash of classic and X8 style armour.

nope. It's rare, and takes an accurate understanding of global lighting to make it work right. it's different from purely backlit as with that its a matter of silloughetting only and highlighting texture, but there are no tricks that can be done to pull off a 3/4ths back-lighting. I see a lot of 3/4ths pose, with back lighting if thats what your asking, but not many who challenge the angle and cast shadows of the lighting as well. much applause is necessary for this.

The reddish tint of the shading caught my eye. I think it looks cool and edgy.
