Story - Since this is a blooper reel, so to speak. I guess I should tell you about the time I tried to enter Shining Knight, my very first Shedu, into a halter contest. It wasn’t a normal halter contest though, instead of judging just on looks, confirmation, and how they set themselves. This one took all that into consideration. As well as the outfit you dress your Shedu in, Knights’ outside wasn’t the fanciest one around. But he did look like he could be a princes’ Shedu from how decorated and colorful he was.

I was excited to walk him around and show him off. Especially since he had been strutting proudly outside of the ring, I thought he was going to do great. Even told him so, when we were in the middle of the field though. Before we could even line up. He, stopped, dropped, and started rolling around and just in general acting like an oversized cub trying to get attention.

This is something I normally don’t mine, I have known him since he was a cub after all. I even joked with people that he was my spoiled baby boy. That day though, that day he earned the title. I let go of his lead rope, knowing feel well he wasn’t going to be going anywhere and that if I even tried to pull him back up that he would try to turn it into a game. So, I just sighed and let him get his ‘wiggles’ out of his system. Knowing I was embarrassing myself, but also knowing what my goofball was like. I dealt with it, after my round of showing, I congratulated the people I showed with and said good show. Before just leaving, I saw no real reason for us to stay. So I undressed my boy and we headed home, where we actually could play and he could get all the loves and pets that he wanted.
